Water Walking - Ages 18 and up
Tired of walking outside, or in the hallways? Why not give water walking a try? Refresh your walking workout with some added benefits by using the resistance and buoyance of the water. Instructor will lead you in multiple walking patterns that will give you more from your regular walking workout. Strengthen both the upper body and lower body in the same workout. Great for those who have joint issues or are beginning an exercise routine.

Session 2 - Cost $50 - February 3 - 26 (No class February 17)
