WATER AEROBICS - Ages 18 and up
Why not join the perfect class to condition the body? Water Aerobics is a fun way to do a high intensity workout, with low impact on your joints. This class is made to order just for you. No swimming skills are necessary, you will be taught techniques on how to say upright with feet on the floor of the pool. We teach the WATER ART method to help you gain strength, balance, and lose inches by tailoring the exercises just for your range of motion. Have fun, make friends, and at the same time rejuvenate the spirit and mind.
