FIT with Jen Romph - Ages 16 and up
This high-energy fitness class focuses on total-body training, emphasizing strength, mobility, balance, core stability, and cardio conditioning. Each workout blends functional strength and purposeful cardio to build muscle, improve endurance, enhance movement, and support overall athletic performance. Designed to meet you where you are, this class helps you move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence in a supportive and motivating environment. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water to class. Note: There will be no class on Monday, February 16.
